101 Pearls of Wisdom was created to honor Marilyn Suey’s late Mother, Pearl. Hailing from Honolulu Hawaii and having moved to the mainland to pursue her nursing career, Pearl was always motivated and independent.

At her grand age of 101, Pearl served as a role model for her community and many of those around her. 

We have had the fortunate opportunity to interview her on her tips to living a happy and successful 101 years and what exactly that might entail. Wherever you are in life, we hope that one or a few of these “little pearls of wisdom” can provide insight and enrich your life.
